Demographic

This project mainly takes Chinese young women as the specific audience, and defines the age range of young women as 18-35 years old. Women of this age group are chosen for the following reasons:

1、 Women aged 18-35 are the target audience of fashion brands, and also the most important group of clothing consumption, with a certain economic basis and purchasing power.

2、The brand I want to collabrate with is indie designer brands, without offline stores. These brands are mainly selling through e-commerce network, while this female group has a high frequency of online shopping. According to the survey report on China’s urban women’s consumption in the 2017 Blue Book of women’s life, 99.6% of women use the Internet, of which online shopping accounts for 56.3%, while clothing spending is the highest, accounting for 18.7% of online shopping

3、 The main platform I expect to launch is social media such as microblog, and young women are also active user groups on the Internet.

4、 The theme of my short film is feminism. Young women are closely related to this theme and are easier to be touched. They are more willing to accept new values. Feminists are not a minority in this group.
